You can download them from any website. There are sites which give the download of those, but its PIRACY.. Illegal by law. But you can get Windows 7 beta version from Microsoft.

I am unable to install my Logitech C160 onto my Mac. The software is all for a windows system and i cannot find information how to do it. Can you assist?

I found this on the Logitech website:

http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/18253/related/1

Your C160 is supported by:
  • Windows 7
  • Windows XP
  • Windows Vista
The C160 is not supported on Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, UNIX, Linux or Macintosh operating systems.

Not sure if this would work, but you could try this:

here's a little information that I'll need regarding this issue. 1. What operating system (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Linux, Debian, Unix, Ubuntu, etc.) 2. What version of the operating system (Windows XP Service Pack 2 Pro Corporate edition 32Bit or 64 bit, etc.) 3. What driver you're trying to install 4. The filename of and a link to that driver. 5. How far into the installation process you get that error. Thanks, and I'll be awaiting your response :) Dracconus

I need to reconnect my Lexmark x5075 to my computer, but can not find my initial software. I have tried downloading a driver from the internet, but it did not work. Need help

Hello. There are drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. Before downloading, check the operating system of your computer if it's Windows (XP, Vista 32-bit or 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit, etc.) or Macintosh (10.4, 10.5, 10.6, etc.). To download, just click on this link: http://bit.ly/cCnlPl . There are drivers available even for Linux/Unix. Just choose the operating system of your computer by clicking on the dropdown below the page. Download and install the software. Hope this helps.

Hi. There are Microsoft drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. If your using Vista or Windows 7, check if it's running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Start > right click on Computer > Properties. Then click on this link to the Lexmark website. http://bit.ly/9faEwK . On the bottom of the page, you'll see dropdowns for Microsoft, Macintosh and Linux/Unix operating system. For Vista, choose Microsoft Vista for 32-bit or Microsoft Vista X64 for 64-bit. For Windows 7, choose Windows 7 for 32-bit or Windows 7 X64 for 64-bit. Download the Driver but not the Firmware update. Hope this helps.

What are the differences between windows vista and unix

Hi,

Hmmm... This is a BIG question, and it has a HUGE answer.
Have you ever seen Unix and Vista? I think you would immediately see the difference between the two.
1. Vista has a Graphic User interface, Unix is a command line interface.
2. Totally different systems (Filesystem, application, Kernel... whatever)
3. Age - Unix is ooold, and Vista is new (Unix dates back from the 1980's)

Well i can go on like this for days ...Google it more.

What is the difference between unix and linux

UNIX is a operating system which has only command user interface, and if the unix is installed in the system you cant install any other operating system after that ... one separate system must be allocated for the unix ...

LINUX is the graphical user interface and it supports multiple operating system ..

UNIX and LINUX are almost same, almost all commands which supports in UNIX supports in LINUX too .. with some extended features just like GUI(GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE),SECURITY,MULTI USER,MULTI TASKING,etc

COMMAND USER INTERFACE - the input is made to the computer by using commands and the output is obtained by command or by printer ...

GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE- the input is provided to the computer through the other input devices like mouse, joystick etc
the input is provided either by command or by the just clicking the mouse on the particular icon ...

example for graphical user interface is windows,Macintosh etc ...

thank you
bye
any doubts you can reply me

Difference between windows platform ,unix and linux

To make a long answer short, Unix, Linux, and Windows are different operating systems. Each allow command-line commands and point-and-click operations. Unix workstations are used for running engineering software, programming, networking, web browsing, and electronic mail. Linux computers come with productivity tools and CSS is adding engineering software packages as they become available. Windows computers are used for productivity tools (word processing, database, etc.)
