Question about Maytag MTB1504A Top Freezer Refrigerator
More than likely the coils are dirty. The coils need to be clean for the refrigerator to cool properly. On some refrigerators the coils are on the rear and others the coils are underneath. They sell a special brush at most hardware stores and grocery stores. I see them for sale all the time at the "big box" stores. I prefer to use my air compressor with a long blower attachment to reach underneath and blow the dust and "wooly bugers" off. I set the pressure regulator on the air compressor to 40 psi. The only thing is the dust and crud go everywhere but the coils are left really clean. This needs to be done about every 3 months, at least..
