iv'e got power to my basslink but no output

I have a Basslink that I am attempting to run but can not seem to get power. As far as I can tell the ground, Remote, and Batt. wires are correct. When I power everything up the red light on the sub/amp comes on very briefly and then fades out. Thoughts?

check to make sure your remote wire is hooked up to your amp turn on that runs straight out of the stereo not your power antenna also make sur you have a clean ground(no paint or rust) and also check your connections make sure you have a strong connection to all wire hook ups.......you should check to see that your remote wire has no tears in it or small rips or cuts because that can interrupt your current to and from the amp and radio
