How to get rid of that lock icon on my screen

I tried to uninstall spy sweeper and now I can't get rid of a big lock icon that is now showing up on my screen in front of all screen content! It won't go away, even after uninstalling Webroot and rebooting! Please help!

The problem was my monitor, not Webroot. The expiration of SpySweeper was merely a coincidence. I hooked up a different monitor and the problem went away. Apparently my monitor is on the flake, so I am replacing it... Problem solved.
