Lol first see if ur office application has expired or not because for some dell computers its only a 25 day trial so if it expires u need to extend it by getting ur self a product key which u might have been provided with if not then u can do 2 things get it from the internet by googling it or uninstall ur current off and download from internet u see in trial mode all functions dont work lol especially the word app lol it wont evan print a word formatted page lol get back here if it persists lol

If the version of windows installed on your computer is not activated you would face issues to use any applications once the product is expired.

But if you have an issue with office programs with an error 25004 on an activated version of windows
Then the reason might be corrupted installation of office 2007 on the computer.
Uninstall office 2007 manually from the computer then
re-install it and check if it helps.

Problem installing office 2007.

You need to uninstall any pre-release version of the Microsoft Office 2007 system .

it seems that if you have a version of the 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in or Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS installed, this may be the culprit. In both cases, by performing an uninstall on this add-in via the Control Panel, and then installing Expression Web, everything works okay. You can even re-install the Office 2007 add-in when you're done.

Please don't forget to rate the solution

it seems there is a problem with the installation file itself. if you have downloaded it from the internet then please look for a different file as this one may be corrupt or if you have purchased an original version, please contact microsoft help-care.
hope it works.

Try renaming the install directory. Normal install is located C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. Rename office12 to office12bak (just in case you need to put it back again). This will normally allow you to reinstall office again.
