If you have forgotten your code, you can retrieve it from the product you are trying to set up. Simply select the Pandora option on your product, and it will give you a code to use to perform the reset.

It's been a while since I had to do this. Typically this error is a result of an error in the entry of the code when read from the screen. Make sure that you are not confusing 0 and O, 1 and l, 6 and G, etc. While similar in appearance - as you know they are not the same. Try with several variations - or better yet - have someone else try - sometimes a second pair of eyes makes all the difference!
