I wiped my hard drive and need to boot from a cd but I forgot my bios password
You can remove/Disconnect the BIOS battery at the mother board. Also, you can clear and reset BIOS/CMOS setting at jumper points on mother board
Thats why they tell you not to save the information on a file on your hard drive. You should have it written down. I bet you won't make that mistake again!
