a would advise you service the printer...... sometimes dirt and other things can cause it to malfunction

It means ventilate, purge the air out of the system by turning on the knob, the pump should run .Keep it running until the red light stops blinking.If not there's a blockage in the line.

It just needs to be reprimed...put a cup uner the frother wand and turn the water nob all the way on...keep it on till the light stops blinking.

It is telling you that the temp on the machine is too low. It is possible that one of the thermostats on the boiler is damaged.

I had that problem, it is the filetr reminder. I used Reverse Osmosis water so I dont use a =fileter, but the machine doesn't know that. If I recall the manual was wrong on which button to push an hold. I dont remember which was was right (could be the steam button). but one of them does make the light go out in about 5-10 sec.
