Question about Coleman Powermate Premium Plus 6250W Portable Generator
Engine speed is low, does your meter read frequency? Set for 60 Hz @ speed. I doubt there is a voltage regulator adjustment. This may help

Probably just an engine speed issue. Try increasing the RPM if the motor and see if that gives you more voltage.
