SOURCE: Intex salt water pump purchased 3mths ago water

The manual says that it's fried. Sounds like something is wrong with the power supply unit. Call their 800 number and ask for a replacement. Hopefully you kept your receipt....

Intex Pure Spa reads code E97. How do I correct this please?

Question edited for clarity and typos.

If alarm code E97 is displayed on the control panel, it means there is a heater fuse error. If alarm code appears on the control panel, unplug and plug back in the GFCI/RCD and test the GFCI/RCD to restart the system. If the problem persists, please contact a Intex service center for assistance.

E 97 Dry Fire Protection Can I run the filtration and the bubbles or jets to solve the problem?

E 97 is an error code that indicates a dry fire protection system has been activated in your Intex Pure SPA. This means that the spa has sensed that there is not enough water in the system, and it has automatically shut down the heater to prevent damage.
To solve this problem, you will need to add more water to the spa. Once the water level is above the minimum level required for safe operation, the dry fire protection system should reset itself automatically.
It is not recommended to run the filtration and the bubbles or jets without enough water in the system as it can cause damage to the pump and other components. Therefore, make sure to add enough water before turning on any functions of the spa.
Also, make sure to check for any other causes that may have led to the water level dropping too low, such as a leak or drainage issue. If you continue to experience issues, refer to the owner's manual or contact Intex customer support for further assistance.

Zodiac lm3

this might sound crazy but the 'no flow' light doesnt always mean there is no flow. if the system has a problem (low salt, low flow etc) it will stop chlorine production. to indicate that there is no production, the no flow light illuminates. check the salt level (min4000 ppm) if that checks ok, then be sure that the water is warmer than 65 degrees. make sure that the cell is clean and that the connections are clean/secure

Intex pure spa led display is reading all 8s and every indicator lights are on but nothing works this is the pure spa model number ssp-10-1 & ssp-h-10

Sorry to hear that you have been the victim of a common plague associated with the inter spa.
if your unit is no longer in warranty then you will have to buy the new head. The head being the part held in place by the three hex socket screws.
Remove the screws, lift the head and unplug the harness, when the new one arrives just install in reverse order.
this happened to me and my replacement head is still going strong three years later.
look up intel parts on the internet and find the part you need and order direct.
my replacement head cost $34 then.

I have a jandy pda and have no idea what the message that its displaying means. This is our first pool and the owners manual has not helped! It says aqua pure 100% salt 4500 ppm, check aqua pure high salt...

it is showing your status aqua pure is set at 100% salt is at 4500 parts per million which is too high to operate should be between 2700 and 3400 to work properly you need to drain some water out and add fresh to dilute the salt general fault is because salt level is too high it is showing your filter pump and extra aux is on go to the equipment on on main screen it will give you a list of all your equipment any questions send me more info

My generator first indicated low salt. I've added plenty of salt, and it still indicated low salt. I turned it off for 24 hours, and tried it again, now it has the service indicator light on,what next ?

We've found with our saltwater system (which doesn't have a service light, so not the same model as yours) that we have to add far more salt than we expect before the 'low salt' indicator goes off. It also seems to be very tempramental whenever it's been off for a while (such as over winter) & needs to run for very short bursts at first before working up to normal operating times.
