No after sale service

I have been waiting for nearly two months for my tv to be fixed. it is under warranty/ i have called the 1300 number so many times, and i keep getting told that a supervisor will ring me back in 24hr to 48 hrs. i am still waiting. The service centre i have my tv with has sent request forms in and have had no reply. So what hope have i got , if the repair centre can not get an answer. I always buy Samsung but maybe with the after sale service. I might have to rethink, Is there anyway of getting a straight answer from Samsung joanne w

Ask to speak to the ombudsmen or go in and see them and ask to speak to the manager at the shop u brought it from that usually gets the arses into gear

e-mail is custservice@uniden.com.au for australia or .co.nz for new zealand if the phone numkber is not operational try an e-mail as that is their prefered method of contact
basically you need the number of a local service agent that can advise you or fix the fault If the phone is still under warranty take it back to the retailer and get a new unit under warranty as the problem may be in the microphone in the hand piece

By your calling the HP tech, I'm assuming that the printer is under warranty.
Call HP back, ask to speak with the area manager, explain calmly that after 2 months
the problem isn't fixed. And give him the original service call number. Your problem will
get fixed.

From the model number I guess that you're in Australia? I'd recommend calling Breville themselves on 1300 139798 or speaking to someone at a Breville Service Centre.

Also, is the machine under warranty? I'm pretty sure that's a reasonably new model. Check your receipt and refer to http://www.breville.com.au/care_warranty.asp as it has 12 months warranty.

8 1/2 month old TV went out.


Take it back to where you bought it if it's still under warranty, they are obliged to fix it!

This could be a number of things, but sonce the set is only 6 months old, it should still be under warranty. Call to request warranty service .

Tv sound but screen is black ,the tv is 4 month old where do I take it to be service in New Orleans


If the TV is only 4 months old, you should be able to call the manufacturer and speak to a service tech. and have the TV repaired under warranty. They will instruct you as to where to take the TV. Usually TV's will carry at least a 1yr. warranty. The manufacturer's phone number will be in the owner's manual, usually toward the back of the manual. If you don't have the manual, you can go online to the manufacturer's website and get the contact number under "Support" or "Contact Us". Hope this helps

I have a 50" zenith 10 months i can hear how can i fix this


If the unit is only 10 months old, it should still be under manufacturer's warranty. Call and request warranty service. DO NOT open up the unit as that would void the warranty.

OLEVIA tV is a F#$King JOKE!!!!!.....I bought my tv in Jan and it went out 3 months after that, let me put it to you like this its Oct and i havent got my tv back to this day.

Got a case number and a tracking number that didnt make any sense. The shipping company they used didnt get paid so its been in there storage for 3 months. In some way if you have been waiting for your tv because of the shipping...Olevia is responsible for trans issue and pulling off on the shipping company.

DONT BUY A OLEVIA TV..... YOUR BETTER OFF WITH A LG!!!
