Question about Toshiba SDV393 DVD Player/VCR
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
It would actually depend on the model of the Acer computer. If it were a desktop, then quite possibly, there is another green speaker jack at the rear that has to be used if you are currently connected at the front (or the other way around). If it were a laptop, then it would be a setting / configuration issue with the Operating System.
Please postback with the model number of the Acer computer should none of the above address your concern.
