Question about KitchenAid Superba Architect KSCS25INSS Side by Side Refrigerator
If the temp is right the ice mold thermostat will power up the harvest cycle. The heater will loosen the ice and then the motor will carry around the half moon cubes till they dump then at the last second the inside copper plate rubs against a small probe from the head which is adjustable. Move the tip in either direction causes less of more power to the water valve. So lets review. Ice mold T stat= starts the cycle.
heater loosens the ice and motor harvests the ice. Water valve is energised by cleverly placed copper plate on rear of main drive gear.
