Question about HP Pavilion ze2000 Notebook
When i turn on my laptop the screen turns blue. There is no writing or anything else. Just blue. How do i fix this?
Try tapping F1 or F2 right after power on.
This should bring up the BIOS screen.
If it does, look for an item called "restore factory defaults" and select this.
The info stored in CMOS may have gotten lost and without it, the system doesn't know what to do after initial hardware tests.
Check back and let us know what this brought (if anything.)
