The unit lights up, fans run but no moisture is

The unit lights up, fans run but no moisture is pulled out of the air. I used the unit last summer and it worked well, plugged it in this summer and it will not pull moisture. Any idea what might be wrong? I have the unit hooked to a hose and ran into a drain, the bucket is not full.

IF COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING UNIT OUT OF FREON .CALL MANUFACTURER TO VERIFY IF IN WARRENTY.IF NOT NOT WORTH REPAIR.
