It is difficult to get the right part without knowing the model or serial number. In a lot of cases, parts such as the rubber gasket can be used across all models. The serial number is usually located on the bottom of the cooker.

One solution would be to take the cooker to the shop selling the gasket to see if it fits. If you are ordering online, you may want to buy from a seller that offers returns.

You will need to change the Igniter. There are at least 2 igniters that operate with one knob. Some units all 4 igniters operate with one knob. The clicking you hear is the other Igniter or Igniters clicking. The Igniter for the burner that does not light has failed.

The model number you passed is missing some numbers JGP628 should be like this JGP628BEC1BB or this JGP628WEK1WW

It can even be a wire to the electrode / igniter that has found a chassis ground inside the cooktop.

If the DVD asembly is the same as for model RDR-HX510, the part number is 1-797-247-12 and costs: $358.56 with a refund of $145 upon the return of the defective unit. Pricing was from tritronicsinc.com a Sony parts distributor. (I could not find a listing for the HX520 model)

It seems to be only available in Slovenian (probably only produced for that region?)

On right side of page select from drop down box 'home video', second drop down select 'dvd recorder' then in third drop down you should see your model number RDR-HX870 (without D). Download is 3.16mb.

you dont need manual... it a rice cooker.. 6 cups of rice = 6 cups water... no need for manual. press cook then the rice cooker will do the rest
