Hi im just wondfering if you can help me i just purchased a Logitech Quick Cam Pro 5000 and have installed it and it is working beautifully but now when i open up windows media player my music is not working it is coming up with a error saying Windows Media Player can not play the file because there is a problem with your sound device there might not be sound device installed on your computer it might be in use of another program or it might not be functioning properly... As if i unistall this web cam disk my music plays just fine... As down the bottom right hand corner in the tray you have a sound icon and it disappears when i install this program and my music will not play... Can you please help me? Thankyou leanne
