are you an admin on the computer? only admin are allow to download and allow other to download...your modem is just fine.....if you are allow to download software or/and delete software. we are going to start over........uninstall any limewire if any on the computer....ok ....now go to limewire (or Frostwire) to download the newest version........a series of gray boxes will pop up once you have download and gone thru the set up routine....on one these questions (your firewall will ask if you wish for limewire to operate on this computer) you must say and click YES).......happy downloading (remember to share files........thats what p2p is about)
