If they are plugged in the right place, check your computer sound setting or driver.

I had done something for my speakers not to work and I went to tools and internet conections and valume comtrol knob will not move and I am not getting sound our of my computer

Hello. So you are having a volume problem? Maybe I can help.... Go to MY COMPUTER, right click scroll down to MANAGE, left click. Look to the left you will see DEVICE MANAGER. Left click look for SOUND in the list to the right. You will need to uninstall the driver for your sound. Then go to the top of the list (NAME OF YOUR COMPUTER). Right click and scroll down to SCAN FOR HARDWARE CHANGES. Your computer will automatically reinstall the driver. Also you can go to the computer manufacturers website and download the software for your model computers sound device. You may want to check and see that your speaker cables are secure as well. Hope this helps...

The speakers were working the I believe I accidentally deleted the speaker software they don't even so as a device on the computer and aren't working??

The speaker you have mentioned is no need a software to use in a computer try to check if you are connected properly in your computer. See to it that you plug in the power adopter of your speaker and the input of the speaker is connected to the output of the audio of your computer.

WHY DOES THIS SPEAKER WORK ON ONE COMPUTER BUT NOT ANOTHER

Maybe software hasn't been installed or it might be down to the type of sound card you have in your computer.

Hope this helps!

My speakers arent making a sound .

It is not software for the speakers you need.

you should check your hardware on the computer first.

Call up the volume control and check that none of the "MUTE" boxes are ticked.

If you get an error starting the volume control you may have deleted the drivers for your sound card.

You should also check out your hardware from the control panel, system, hardware, device manager. If you see any exclamation marks by any hardware that is where you should start.

Speaker does not work

You may have to delete and reinstall the software. Try not to format the system anymore if possible because when you format your system, your'e making the software where it can only work with the computer and nothing else. That means that when you plug the speakers in, the software won't recognize them.

Stopped working

Sorry I don't have a solution, but the speakers have done the same with us. Power comes on, some sound like the wire shorting out, but otherwise no sound. Tried different connection wires, different computers (mac and pc) but no go on any of them. So, I also don't think it has anything to do with you deleting some files.
