I cant unlock my phone

-   I bought a new SIM card and when I put it the phone. It say phone can only be use with a specific SIM. Enter the unlock code or insert an approved SIM. What do I do for this problem?-   Keyada

-   i tried every thing i put in the password that i used to lock it but it says that its incorrect i already tried talking to the cingular people but they couldnt help me plz hel me-   zxvic90
