Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can't see video in you tube, i try to install flash player, but it's can't.. help me please,, thanks..

If you're receiving this error message and unable to play videos,
here's what I recommend to get you back on track and able to watch
videos successfully again. Please follow the steps listed below...

1. Uninstall the version of Adobe Flash that you currently have
running on your computer. You can uninstall Flash here:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

2. Once you've uninstalled Flash, then go to the Adobe site and
download the most recent version of the Flash player:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. At this point, completely exit your browser (don't just close the
window, exit the browser completely).

4. Only now, once you've exited your browser, can you install the new
version of the Flash player you just downloaded. Install the Flash
player.

5. Finally, open your browser again. Go to YouTube and try playing a
video-- the video should now play!

6. If the video *still* doesn't play, make sure you have JavaScript
enabled (turned on) in your browser.

If you're not sure how to do this, do a Google search for your browser
and then "enable JavaScript". You should easily find instructions on
how to enable Javascript.

Here are a couple of examples for Firefox, Internet Explorer, and
Opera users:

and

We really hope these tips help! Good luck & enjoy

I can't get adobe flash to download on my windows vista. I get error 19166

follow these steps:
1.First, Uninstall with Adobe's Flash Player Uninstaller:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...ash_player.exe
2.Re-install the full version of flash player :
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get...r_active_x.msi

If these two option did not solve your problem maybe you have javascript disabled follow the steps descrived below:
In Internet Explorer:
Select tools -> Internet Options
Click on the "security" tab
Click on "custom level"
Scroll down to the Scripting option
Select "Enable" for "Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets"
Click "ok"
Select YES if a confirmation box appears
Click "ok" and close the window.
Hit "F5" to reload the page.

In Mozilla Firefox:
Click tools -> Options
Click "content" in the options list
Check the box next to "Enable JavaScript"
Click the "Advanced" button
Check the boxes under "allow scripts" to enable JavaScript.
Click "Ok" twice.
Hit F5 to reload the page.

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. whats this?

You need this to play Video's on the net, like Utube etc. get it here, download and install. reboot, and next time you use your "Browser" you will be able to see videos that use Flash Player.

I have tried to view some videos on youtube and my computer won't let me. If I download the javascript from java.com; will that fix the problem?

Websites use different media player formats. If youtube is asking you to install the plugin do so. Java.com is a trusted site and will not hurt your pc.
