Question about HP Pavilion m7470n (ER883AA) PC Desktop

Power Issue on my HP m7470n

I have a HP m7470n. The green power light in the back is constantly on. The power button flashes blue and orange (~3 seconds each). The computer wont turn on. When I unplug the cord and plug it back in, the fan will kick on for about 2 seconds and then turn off and all goes back to the flashing blue and green. Any suggestions?

In my case it turned out to be a weak power supply. It would work sometimes and not others. If stone cold, it would not boot. If I unplugged 1 thing, like the hard drive or the CD Roms, it would boot. Tested the old power suppy and it seemed to pass. But once I connected a new power supply, the computer has worked fine ever since.

3 ROD but power supply constant orange,no green

When someone say that his/her Xbox is having 3 red lightsproblem, It means it needs to be repaired. If you are using Cooler thanit is not a cure but a prevention. You could have used cooler beforeacutally having the problem just to prevent your Xbox. But now you willhave to either get it repaired from Microsoft (in case your Xbox'swarranty is not expired, but one thing to note is that you will have towait for at least 3-4 weeks to get back your Xbox) or you can Fix yourXbox's 3 Flashing red lights problem yourself with the help of DIY Video guide available on Internet. You can fix yourself without any technical knowledge.
