Ball bearing & spring replace

ball bearings are everywhere. car has 1500 to 3000 parts.
even the steering shaft has bearings.
inside car, outside car.
engine, transmissions, wheel bearings. axle bearings, CV balls.
where.

I've been resetting pajero's compasses but try to get to an area where you can do 360 degrees turns (empty car parks, ) press the reset button and make 2 complete 360 turns slowly and normally this should set the compass bearing.

Refer to the diagram and torque bolts in sequence as shown in 3 passes. Bolt thread should be lightly oiled. Bolt holes clean of dirt.
1st pass : 39 N.m. (29ft lb)
Make a mark on the bolt with white-out/chalk or similar in the forward facing edge of the bolt.(see diagram)
2nd pass : turn bolt through 90 degrees
3rd pass : turn bolt through a further 90 degrees.
Using a mark on the bolt makes it easier to keep track of where in the sequence you are.
