I do not have the plastic measuring cup that came with the Hitachi 5.6 cup rice cooker . What is the conversion that I should use for regular cup measurements?

2 to 1 ratio 2 cups water to one cup rice some other rice have slightly different ratios but the standard is 2 : 1
