They are disclosing there was a repair made to the wire harness. It will carry a full manufacturers warranty. I personally would buy these types of items if the discount is 10% or more.

What does E3 mean on my Samsung dryer

For most Samsung dryers, an E3 error could mean that the dryer tub is too heavy, the vent is clogged, the thermistor is faulty, the control unit is faulty, or that there is a loose wire at the main control unit.

If you were drying a very heavy item or too many articles, try a smaller load. Check the dryer vent to make sure that it isn't blocked or clogged with lint. (I've seen the flap on a vent shift and fail to swivel properly.) Next unplug the dryer and pull it forward. Remove the back from the top (control area) and check that the wiring harnesses are fully seated. You may want to check for corrosion or damaged wires. Next check the resistance of the thermistor (mounted on the blower wheel). (Assuming a room temperature environment, the resistance should be ~6 kilo ohms.) If the thermistor is faulty, it needs to be replaced. If the above steps don't solve the problem, then the control unit needs to be replaced. has the parts breakdown and many parts are available.

If the dryer is still under warranty, contact Samsung for the repair. I hope this helps.

Water leaking from the door of my washer

Either the door is damaged or not properly aligned or tightened or the bellows that the door contacts when closed is damaged. Check to see if the door is loose.Carefully inspect the bellows for rips or holes in the rubber. Many times pointed or sharp items are washed in pockets of clothes they end up tearing or puncturing the bottom of the bellows causing the front to leak water.

We have a samsung steam dryer with a 2 inch crack in drum weld. How can we fix the drum so it doesnt make the thumping nose and will still dry our clothes. We call samsung and they are not backing up there...

that sort of failure indicates an engineering and manufacture fault
even though the warranty may have run out
in consumer law there is a term "reasonable expectation" which roughly translated means that even though the warranty has run out , it is reasonably expected that the machine will perform for longer than the warranty period
Talk with a lawyer as you probably could get a new drum for the cost of the labour required to fit it

Samsung frontload gas dryer DV218AG moisture sensor doesn't work properly. Dryer adds minutes to drying cycle even when cloths are completely dry.

Clean the sensors with windex or like cleaner. Farbic soften can build up on the sensors and cause you trouble, Also, the time displayed is an estimate not actual drying time.

My Samsung steam dryer dv419ae will not heat? Unplugged and Checked vents still nothing. Whats next

Check your circuit breakers. Dryers can have two circuit breakers (mine does, but not sure if all do). If the one for heat is tripped and the other isn't, it will spin but not heat.

Samsung gas dryer convert to propane

I purchased a Samsung steam gas dryer and found that no one in our area knew anything about them, Fortunately I am a gas tech. but have never worked on this brand. The first thing is you should always use a gas technician before doing this. Secondly turn off the gas and electricity. You must remove the two screws from the back that hold on the top of the appliance and set this aside. Then lift up the front electronics and disconnect the wiring harness, once you've done this there are 5 screws along the top of the silver strip or door area. This will alow you to lift up the front and disconnect the wiring harness and set aside. now you can follow the instructions on converting your dryer. PLEASE check for LEAKS and proper gas flow. Follow the same steps in reverse to put the dryer back together and happy drying.
