Question about Panasonic PT-44LCX65 Television
The spot doesnt move and looks like someone shining a green spotlight on the screen. Panasonic is sending a tech, and informed me that if the problem is what they think it is they will fix it for free. My tv is 4 years old and out of warranty.
We had a similar problem with colored dots all over the screen. It looked like a 70's disco light box except the colors didn't move or blink. Even though the TV was out of warranty, Panasonic sent a tech. According to him, it is a software problem with the light engine?!? Whatever that is. Anyway, they paid for the fix.
