This appears to a motherboard custom made for hp. go to the hp website and find your model (i think it will be a pavilion, an older model), and download the w7 updates for that. or you may try searching for "ms-6785" and choosing a spec for a likely looking model, go to that page. next note the model, and search for that, from that webpage navigate to updates and then to driver updates. this will update your m/b driver but also the hardware device drivers which may not be appropriate if you have changed the hardware; you will have to update the separately. for example, the k427.de model, which has that motherboard ms-6785 chipset sis648 (all ms-6785s will have this chipset), go here upgrades updates (as this is a german model the drivers may not be just right for you).
but it is best if you can locate the model the motherboard came out of, and do the w7 motherboard drivers for that model (this may require a bit of work on searching the internet on your part)
or try these websites but be careful what you download to your computer; if anything looks suspicious to you don't proceed

SOURCE: Overlocked my Intel Pentium 4 3.00 Ghz
You have to go into your bios and see what your front side bus and memmory speeds are. If you overclock you cpu, sometimes you need to underclock your memmory. Say step your memmory down to 333mhz and overclock your front side bus(fsb).
Normally your fsb is 200 and only increase it by mhz. Restart, go into windows. and see if it is stable.
I always use cpu-z and gpu-z to check all of my hardware settings. I use ati tool to overclock my x1950 and it is great. There really isnt any good cpu overclocking tools because its better to do it in the bios.
Do a specific search in google for your processor and overclocking.
