Question about Kenmore 98702 Stacked Washer/Dryer
Help! Our stackable washer/dryer has a bad noise in the dryer. I'd like to check the rollers, but can't figure out how to get the front cover off after removing all the visible screws. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have had the same problem and it turned out to be because the fan cage slipped of tge motor shaft

Try removing the back cover to gain access to the dryer motor and other bits. Feel around the drum and around the lip of the drum at the door opening. There could be a wire or chain stuck between the drum and the frame.
