My camera shows nothing but a white screen (by 11 users)

My camera works fine in every other aspect but when I go to take a picture it is just a white screen any picture I take please help!!!!

I have the same problem. My screen is white but I can still take pictures. What do I do? How do I fix this?

My fuji S5000 too has a similar problem. One day while taking pictures, the view finder and the LCD screen just turned white. Any photos that I take are all white.

However I can view old photos from my memory card on the LCD screen so there is nothing wrong with the LCD screen. It seems that the photo mode is messed up somehow..

Someone Help!! This camera is less than 3 years old

Got a white distorted image and pictures on the screen. Tried new batteries to no avail. Can it be salvaged without having to buy a new one?

I bought my wife one of these years ago and it worked great up until spring of last year. I only get white shots when I take pictures now. I have tried to change the card and the batteries, but no luck. Has anyone had this problem and has anyone resolved it?
