* I picked up a Plum-10 Phablet (chinese unlocked Android phone/tablet). It worked for about 3 days then got really slow and clogged with apps I did not want. I guess it was loaded up with apps by the phone dealer and who knows what else? I looked up on you tube on how to perform a "Hard Boot" on my particular device. After performing this boot I noted that the phone would request and load the latest Android operating system. This came "Ad Free" which was really great as it made my phablet faster than before.

The 122 Error is from the previous phone's carrier voice mail system. To remove you need to remove that internal APP which requires you to root your phone first in order to remove it and any other useless pre-loaded APP's. You can try Kingo to see if it will root your phone.
Bout the only thing i could suggest, if it runs on android is to plug it in and re install the os. Wont go into more details because i dont know how you came across this phone etc
Have you updated the Android version? If you did then the cache has not been cleared after the updated, making the phone slow. Try this: Turn off the phone, then hold the Volume Up + Volume Down buttons and press and hold the Power Button. The phone will restart with a "soft reset". See if that helps.
Next, install Advanced Task Killer application and regularly "kill" apps when you notice phone becoming slow. Also, under Android settings, go to Developer Options and change "Background process limit" to "4 processes at most".
if the file loaded in the internal and external memory card is up to the maximum point,it can make it to slow and even freezing ,just delect sum files from the phone to reduse its load intake.
