Question about Cell Phones
Couple possibilities. The battery could be dead and need replaced. I assume you have tried the other battery and or charged it with the other phone? Does the charger work on the other phone? that would rule out the charger. try cleaning the battery contacts with a pencil eraser and make sure the contacts on the charge plug and in the phone are clean also. Water is very bad for electronics and even though you dried it out there will still be corrosion inside. Worst case is take it apart and check it out if nothing else has remedied your problem. It is already broke so you cannot make it worse.
