They go on the largest heatsinks in your set---the " back" side,
if you look over & down......that PC board must come out to
replace IC's.......

    1) Follow smaller diameter focus wire up front---it plugs in

    to back of focus block.....

    2) Follow HV lead from transformer to HV block. At HV block

end, gently slide back rubber boot two or three inches...

Push straight in toward block 1/4 in. or so and turn 1/4 turn

ccw WHILE HOLDING IN SLIGHTLY ! Be patient, damage to

release connection can result if you are too rough.I usually

    clamp the wire with vice-grips-push-turn-release.......T.

Location of the convergence circuit board inside the KP46WT510

You have a convergence problem. Here are some of the most common symptoms.
Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed in but stationary.

Here is a quick test....

Using your original remote go-to the tv settings then goto the convergence section.

Try to adjust the red and then the blue convergence.

You should be able to move them up, down, left, and right.

If you can't move them in all directions your convergence chips are bad and should be replaced. This is a common problem.

You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors.

Check the site They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit includes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself.
