SOURCE: My Samsung L73 digital camera will not charge.

Have you recharged the battery many times since you owned it? Did you leave it alone for an extended time and it completely discharged and died? Rechargeable batteries sometimes only last 3 years.

My Samsung Es90 digital camera's shutter is not working, plus, the batteries are fully charged but when inserted, it only last 2-3 minutes. What can I do to resolve this?

I'm assuming by "shutter" you're referring to the one inside the camera and not the cover blades on the very front of the lens.
How old is the battery and do you use the camera a lot?
Old batteries can be fully charged but can become weak and not hold that charge when the camera is powered on. The shutter issue could be part of this as the battery might not be strong enough to power the shutter.
I think the batteries for these cameras are reasonably cheap so you could invest in a new one to see if that helps. An extra battery is always useful if you use the camera a lot.
If this is an old, well used camera part do wear out so if new battery doesn't help you may need to take it to a good repairer as the camera will need to be taken apart to find the problem.

My camera ES90 will not charge, when i plug it in it seems dead

There can be more than one reason:
The battery can't be charged anymore, because it is defect.
The cable you use is defect
The charger you use is defect
One or more contacts are dirty or oxidised

Carefully check all contacts on the battery, in the camera the battery compartment but also the USB slot, where the charge cable goes in. The contacts should be clean and shiny. No contact should be bent. Cleaning with a dry cloth or cotton swab.
If the cable to charge is defect it is more difficult to detect. Only when you have another apparatus that can be connecter with the same cable, you could check if your cable is still in working order.
The charging source can be defect.
If it is a charger, you plug in a wall socket, check if you can use it to charge something else. If you put it in a PC, also check if that USB port can deliver 5 volt with enough current.
I do have a little gadget, from the beginning of USB and LED lights. An USB plug with a small cord and a LED light on the end of it.
You could use it as a reading light on a laptop. But it showed very helpful to show if a charger or a USB plug on a computer still is delivering 5 Volts.

I hope you find the culprit.

Samsung ES90 Digital camera will only take 8 photos then says memory full even when fully charged

The Samsung ES90 only has about 37MB of built-in memory. The state of the battery has no effect on this. If you want to take more photos then you can either make them smaller, or better yet, add a memory card.

My HP725 camera said the battery was low and I charged it but it seemed to run out fairly quickly and then I charged again, and now it's dead. Wont turn on to take pics. Is it the battery charger or the...

It sounds like the battery is end of its life. If you plug the power adapter into the camera, does it power on? If it does then it's the battery. (some cameras might requre you to have the battery in there..so put the battery in, but also plug in the power adapter and see if it powers on)

Finepix f10 problem

Try holding in the power button on the camera with the charger connected to the camera & still plugged into the wall outlet. This may be a reset the manual doesn't tell you about or simply a weird fix for the same problem I had with my F10.
