Question about Pc America Restaurant Pro Express
So my company has recently purchased Restraunt Pro Express and the setup has only run into mild problems, what I'm stuck on right now is getting the cash drawer to open correctly. We are using cash drawers connected to a receipt printer model GP-80160II and I was wondering if anybody knew how to properly configure this program? Thank you in advance
In the setup screen > in hardware section> select "USB printer" to open drawer

I think the issue here may be that that printer isn't supported. i've gotten some success by setting it up as a "generic/text only" printer, or by getting it to emulate an Epson TM-T88III printer (sometimes, just using the epson driver is enough!). give those things a shot, but you may just need to get a different printer.
