Walmart was carrying Sunterra a few years ago and may still carry ...check with them. I also noticed Target on-line had Sunterra. But as far as replacmeent parts, I would call Sunterra directly. Also www.Amazon.com carries a lot of Sunterra supplies !

It sounds like your filter is plugged, Take the filter cover off and rinse out your filter, it should take care of the problem. I clean my filter out every 2-3 days.
