Question about NEC Ready 120LT Heatsink
I'm looking for an internet card and can't find one anywhere any ideas as to where i can purchase
Maximum Upgrades To a NEC Ready120LT Notebook:
1. I Upgraded My RAM to 128MB (OK But still a Little Slow.)
2. Then I Installed WinXP Home SP2.)The Specs of This Machine Says The Memory or,RAM Must be Upgraded to at Least 64MB RAM To Install WinXP on This Machine.(This Left my Little 2Gig Hardrive Starving for Free Space ,About 275-330MB free space after WinXP Install,But still Operating very efficiently.)(So, Upgrading to a BIGGER Hardrive is suggested.)
3. And I Bought a 54Mbps. PCMIA Wi-Fi Card. (For Internet.)
It's Fast Enough To Do Some Stuff - Web/I.P. Cam, Internet Browsing,E-Mail, Surfing/Browsing,Skips and Freezes When Trying to Play Online Video Streams,Movies,Youtube ect.,That's because of the Low 128MB RAM "Maximum" Memory Upgrade Chip it has Installed. But Stll Works Very Satisfactory For Several Other Online and offline Applications. - Hope This Helps You.

You need a Type 2 PCMCIA card for this laptop. I was able to find a wired one here. Be sure that your OS will work with the card you choose. Also I have no experience with that website, so buyer beware. Another good place to find older computer parts is eBay, happy hunting.
