We have an Emery gas

- I'm pretty confident it is the thermopiles of both units. The wall unit is vented. The floor unit is not. I removed both thermopiles and will get new ones today.

- I bought two new thermopiles and installed them. I have the same problem. On the wall unit, the pilot lights steady. When I turn to ON and then turn up the thermostat, there's a click noise and then the pilot slowly dies. Burner doesn't light.

On the floor unit, the pilot stays lit, but the burner does not come on.

I'm puzzled why we're having this problem with both units at the same time.
