My hp reaches the factory image restor and the gets to 1% and stops says no image

since you pushed the F11 key to do HP restore right? or from CD's you never say restore medium.
there are only 2 or 3 causes of this, (or the pc is sick)
the HDD is bad.
the HDD was slammed
or the HDD was infected it wrecked the restore paritition
run the HDD TESTS IN BIOS yet.
if that passes then it was slammed. (or infected)
if PC came with XP and someone upgraded to w7 using the fresh load method that kills the original restore dead.
i cant guess what you have, not possible. at all from 1984 to now.

if the HDD tests pass.
then the HP install media works
F11 works if and only if the PC was not slammed.
slamming means the C:/HP_recovery partition was wrecked.
via many many ways.

I have an HP dv6-3025dx, i am trying to restore the operating system to factory settings and i try to do that and it says windows cant load files... i get the error code 0xc00000e9 and i cant update my...

no fee from this site
no factory reset either
uninstall the operation system and then reinstall it from the disc or download
probably the best is to reformat the hard drive then reinstall the os
make sure that all files and folders are backed up onto an external hard drive first

I have no dics and i cant load onto computer can u help

You can restore the PC by pressing F11 then select restore.
Also you should be able to use a USB flash drive to boot from if F11 doesn't work.

I am trying to restore my Dell mini inspiron 910 to factory settings and all of the sites say push F11 but this laptop only goes to F10?

It's usually Control & F11 (which works on my sons 10inch dell) but whether there is a restore partition may depend on your hard drive size. If you received install/recovery disks, you may have little choice but to get hold of an external CD Drive.

Gateway Recovery Media Creator failed after using f11 restore

the recovery partition is corrupt, you cant restore it that way, use third party disks instead.

Factory settings on my laptop

It's usually F11 or Fn+F11 at the bios startup screen to enter recovery mode.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

Format/restore computer to factory settings

Press F11 at system startup to get to the NEC recovery menu. From there, you can restore your factory settings. However, a "destructive" recovery will wipe the hard drive, including your personal files. Best to back those up first before performing the recovery.

Hope this helps - remember to rate :)
