Question about Sony Video Game Consoles & Games
While the PS3 was loading the game I ejected the CD (video game).
so now it does not read any CD, nor game nor video nor music. Is it a software problem and how can I resolve it? If I need to change software is it possible to have it for free?
Or is it a hardware problem?
Have you tried turning the system completely off using the switch at the back? If not, turn it off and wait for about 30 seconds before switching it back to the on position. It will provide the system with power and then you can turn the system back on using either the controller or the power button like normal. Also, go into your settings and turn off the disk auto-start. I'm not a mind ready, but it sounds like you turned on the machine and then tried to eject the disk as it was loading so you could play something else. To avoid this in the future, you can press the eject button and will power up the system and eject the disk at the same time without any risk. I hope this helps.
