No water is going into my bowl after I fixed mt SE problem

I had the SE problem with my front end loader (Samsung wf-j1254) I looked online and was able to fix the problem by cleanin out the filter (there were 3 bobby pins clogging it) But it is a brand new machine so there was hardly any dirt. Now my Machine is working again, I hearthe water running but nothing is going into the main bowl. When I opened the soap dispenser there was water flowing into it, but nothing else.. I ran the washer through a whole load and only ended up with soapy clothes!.. Can I do anything to fix this?

Suds remain after full cycle

I would personally look at a cold water supply problem, since cold water is what's used in the rinse cycle. Check the water inlet valve. Remove the water supply hoses and check the small screens inside the water inlets. (especially on the cold water side). Make sure they are clear of rust or debris. Check the solenoids at the inlet valve. Use a multimeter or ohmmeter to test for continuity. A lack of continuity indicates a faulty solenoid. I will attach a photo for reference. It could be a detergent or even a pump issue, but I would check the cold water supply first. Hope this helps and best wishes.

Ma samsung wf j1254 is not stable, i leveled many times before

It could be. The front feet have to be manually adjusted but the rear feet are self leveling. If the wood is giving enough to allow the frame to touch ground then it could cause a leveling problem. The front feet are made of plastic on the newer machines if the plastic foot is stripped out, it could be allowing the machine to become un-level during operation.

I ended up having to call Samsung support for this same question. Left to right two vertical bars = detergent (liquid or Powder) flower = softner, single vertical bar = bleach.

Samsung WF-J1254(V/S/C/R) leaks water around the detergent door, allowing water to run down the outside of the machine, and onto the floor. This is the second machine that we have had during the last...

I have finally found a reference in Samsung's own knowledgebase, online in which they indicate that this appliance was designed for European water pressure systems and that in the US and Canada, often water pressure can be much higher than in Europe (although the manual says it is good for 800kpa, which is a darn sight higher than they use in Europe, I think European domestic supply is regulated to 400kpa).

Whatever the case may be, I have noticed that my house has what appears to be rather high water pressure (subjectively of course). So, first I checked the leaking with it set to a cold only cycle, and low and behold, greatly diminished (since it was only drawing water from one line, hence a lower volume of water). Then I closed both supply taps about 2 thirds the way, and voila, problem is gone.

It makes way less noise now when filling, and I cannot really tell that the washtime has been extended excessively due to the longer fill times?

Would love some feedback if this fixes your problem?
