Why wont my 2002 jetta start ? get clicking sound no start

02 VW Jetta GL TDI
WON'T start or HARD start as in takes alot of cranking over to finally start eventually

probs something to do with the battery

Scan the transmission for faults sounds like a bad rebuild.
What was it doing before it was rebuilt?

sounds like a starter solenoid to me or a starter needs to be replaced (along with the solenoid).

If the Valve Timing Was Not Set Correctly this will SurlyKeep it from Starting. The TIMING SETTING MUST BE TRUE and Possibly RECHECKED . With this Piticular REPAIR thhere is ONLT this to Check other than Any ENGINE WORING that may have been Disconnected.

Sounds to me like you need to replace your serpentine belt.

sounds like something tripped the alarm you can try shutting the alarm off with the remote

It sounds like the starter.
