Will the ttx pc mac 2 pack turbo gamepad analog controller w/usb hook up to my hp laptop

yes it is PC compliant. I also got it to work on a mac. You will need to find an emulator controller to assign the keys. some emulators have the assignment built into the emulator under preferences.

I have the Logitech Driving Force wheel with pedals and mine says on the bottom of the wheel, M/N E-UC2 5Vdc--.100ma and 24Vdc--.750ma. There is no USB before the 5Vdc. So which voltage is right? ...

There should be a USB dongle which plugs into the USB port. This would be the 5V @ 100ma. The wheel itself has to be connected to the mains by a power supply which should have come with it. The power supply provides the 24V @ 750ma. The wheel communicates with the PS3 through the USB dongle.

Wheel and Pedals?

I have the MC2 Microcon for the Xbox 360 and I've only used it on a PC, but I assume they are probably similar.

The pedals should plug into a slot on the base that the wheel sits on. On my model, it is on the bottom right side.

As for the plug that comes from the base with the wheel, you should have received an adapter that has a place to plug in the round cord on one side and a USB plug on the other side. The USB plug would go into your Xbox 360 or PC. This will connect both the pedals and the wheel.

Hope this helps!

Steering Wheel

It seems that you have a huge problem. This wheel only connects to a 15 pin game port, newer computers do not have the game port. You have to buy a 15 pin to USB converter, about $30.

And with no pedals?

Just a guess but it sounds like your xbox is fried. You might be able to find a new mainboard for it and replace that. But I think your best bet is to buy a new xbox.
