I am getting error 20 on a front loading machine. It is not draining correctly.

This is a blocked drain error code (E20) which can be due to a clogged/kinked drain hose, blocked drain filter/coin trap, or a broken drain pump. In addition, replace the drain pump after having found no problem with the drain hose, cleaned the filter, and checked the drain pump impeller but the drain pump just hums, buzzes or whirs.

Correct, OE is a drain error and is displayed when the washer is unable to drain water. Please check the drain hose and drain pump filter located inside the bottom front panel for any clogs to clean the error. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

E-20 error is for drain pump /filter blockage.
Drain the pump manually.Clean it internally.The filter and drain pump are getting blocked in your machine.It needs to be cleaned.In some cases drain pump needs to be replaced if its cracked.

Not sure of error message try clearing the pump or filter

Mine did the same and there was a 20 cent piece in the drain filter which is located at the bottom front left hand side you take off the cover - beware that a lot of water may come out - have towels ready. or your outlet pipe may be blocked. OE is a draining error message

I searched other similar models because mine was not shown. I found a similar problem with the solution provided - took off the front bottom panel, detatched the pump and hose and pulled out the small sock that was blocking the pump.

If you open the top of the washer , there is a "tech" sheet in there to tell you how to reset the error codes.

My washer started this. Then stopped spinning. Now it will not even wash a load. It stops mid-cycle. The ER 20 means that something is not draining right. We checked all of the tubes leading to the pump. Nothing was clogged. The technition seems to think it is a motor controller error.

On 40c wash hit E20 error so moved programme onto long spin and all ok!
