Question about Heating & Cooling
It is blocked. There is a blender door under the dash. It is operated by vacuum or a cable. The vacuum pot is called a vacuum motor. It could have a hole in it, have the rod skipped off, or the line feeding this part is not getting vacuum. It can be a problem with the control not switching vacuum to this part. Check with an autoparts place for a picture and replacement. If under warranty take it in. All you need to do is look under the dash, adjust controls and see if something does not move.
