Canon 3200 - trying to do booklet printing, saddle stitch. The booklet should be 2 pages total (stitched together) but only one page comes out (with no stitch since it is one page) and a page of my original is missing

- yes, it is feeding through perfectly. No error has been given. I don't understand what's happening.
Are you sure that the original documents fed through properly? If the document feeder double feeds then the machine will think that there is only one document, the first one. If the machine does not through up an error then this may well be the problem. Check with normal copying first. Also remember, you would need at least 5 or more documents to make a booklet as each page has 4 A4 pages reduced to A5.

- Just to clarify, it cannot saddle stitch one page - how many pages are you copying?

Hi there,
As a graphic designer I'm looking for the best possible/high quality printing using the ImageRunner C3200 with the ImagePass-C1 (recently installed).
Understand the C1 increases the printing quality, but I'm afraid I'm not using the right settings as some colors don't match what I have set on any graphic manager or word processing softwares I use... specially with the BLUE color, the print out looks like green...
Anyone can help me with it??
Thanks in advance
