Question about Norcent Technologies PT4231 42 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television

1 Answer

No video i have a norcent 42'' plasma flat screen with absolutely no video what so ever. The sound seems to be working fine. Thought perhaps the video card went bad. If I could find a new one I would replace it but. I can't seem to find that information. Please help.

    I have had a Norcent PT4231 for
several years now. A while back, the screen simply went blank. The
sound is still there, just no picure.

    I have gotten no
support from the company and no service centers in my area will touch
the unit because they consider it an "off brand".

Is there anything I can do to possibly troubleshoot and repair it myself or am I stuck?

    Thanks in advance.

I too have the same problem with my Norcent PT4231 42" plasma. The sound and all functions appear normal, just has no picture. Did you ever fix yours?

I had the same problem too. It called the Y-main Board. It cost $145 if you order directly from Norcent itself. I hope that help.
