Hi Go to www.hp.com enter model number into search box, follow links through to manuals, check its the one you require, if so download

We need to refresh the print spooler service for this type of issues.

Perform the below steps if you are using XP.

Click on start >> run >> services.msc >> in the services window locate the printer spooler and right click on it and select refresh or select stop and again start the service.

Now open the printers and faxes folder in control panel and right click on C4200 printer icon >> properties >> advanced tab >> click on print directly to printer >> click OK.

Now try to print and check for the result.
