It sounds as though it may have become overheated. If it continues to show this problem and the camera is not too warm when used then it may have been damaged by the heat. Temps in cars can get very hot. It could also be a physical damage issue if the camera was not in a case and slide around unprotected.
u shouldnt hav kept it in car...the interior tmp of the car raises due to green house effect...excessive heat exposure might hav damaged ur cam...remove the battery try to keep it untouched for a week...if the porblem persists then replace the lcd....

you have a shorted green CRT that is affecting the other crts the short is internat to the crt that leaves what is called retrace lines. if the set is more than three years old then replace all three guns.
This is a CCD sensor problem ( sensor outputting noise see enclosed pic of one from a Canon camera with similar specs ) and it needs replacing . Sony will repair under warranty so contact them.
o i see i had this prob , its condensation/liquid inside the camera , i suggest that you let it dry out , possibly with a hair dryer but DONT LEAVE IT TOO LONG the camera is sensitive so short period of hot air and letting it cool
