Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.

First of all, bizhub 250/350 is not a single pc scanner.you cannot use it as a scanner by connecting usb cable with it.its a network scanner.so to use it as a network scanner, you have to do these main steps........
1-assign a free ip address to the machine.
2-ping it from the system to check the connection between machine and computer.
3-now, make a scanner one touch account on the machine.
4-enter computer's ip address in the destination option.
5-create a folder on the desktop of your computer and share it.give it full rights.
6-turn the firewall off.
7-enter the folder name which you have made, in the machine.
8-enter user name and password of your computer in machine.i mean while making scanner one touch account.
9-now place the original on glass and scan it........

this has happend before when creating a group in account track... check to see if you have a limited group on.... if so delete the group or change the limitations to (0)
