Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, after changing the the printer cartridges, I'm prompted to press enter to align the printer cartridges - fine. Unfortunately, the checking process stops mid way through - message comes up "printer alignment cancelled". Then the printer alignment message comes up again. So I'm caught in this loop.
I can't use any of the functions of the all in one until this problem is fixed. May there be a physical problem with the cartridges etc? I've tried both new and also generic cartridges with no luck. I did replace both colour and black cartridges which I'm not supposed to, unfortunately. Any ideas?
